Processing Time: 5-10 business days (preorder)
Shipping: Once processed, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.
Cancellation: Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

At Maison de Mane, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We inspect and quality-check all bundles before shipping to ensure they meet our luxury standards.
Unused hair may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order. The product must be in its original condition — unwashed, unaltered, and with tags intact.
Please note that Maison de Mane does not cover return shipping or customs fees. Customers are responsible for these costs.
Once the hair has been installed, colored, or manipulated in any way, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
Can I dye or bleach the hair?
Yes — our virgin hair can be colored by a professional stylist.
Are your bundles 100% human hair?
Yes, every Maison de Mane bundle is 100% virgin human hair.
Do you offer local pickup?
Currently we ship all orders, but local pickup may be added in the future.
Does the hair dye to 613?
Yes!
Local pickup is by appointment only.
